Toyota to establish new Mobility Service Company in April. Toyota intends to plan and provide new mobility services ‘in anticipation of a mobility society’.

Transport Malta signed last October the agreement with CAR2GO Israel on electric carsharing service GoTo.

China rideshare Didi plans to expand into carsharing. The Beijing-based company intends to enter the carsharing market with an initial investment of at least $151 million.

The Jerusalem Municipality chose CAR2GO to operate a carsharing service in the city after opening the selection process to a public tender.

Kia Motors announced of its plans for the future of mobility, which includes this year’s expansion to Europe of the automaker’s carsharing service, WiBLE.

Toyota's Yuko hybrid carsharing service arrives in Venice, after a phase of experimentation that took place in Forlì since September 2016.

Sep. 2018: 25th ITS World Congress
